Annual plans
One parent account for the whole family, then just a little more for each child - for the full school year, January to December. No pro-rata fees, and 30 days free to decide. This is the best value.
Choosing your 2027 plan? Count only the children who will still be in school in 2027. If a child is in Grade 12 this year, they finish at the end of 2026 - so choose one child fewer for 2027.

Add all your children during your trial so your year covers everyone. Adding a child mid-year is a separate change, charged at R60 per child (admin costs and payment fees) until your next renewal.

Standard 2027 rates, shown as a full year so you can compare directly - choosing Annual over monthly saves from R361 (one child) to R611 (four children) a year. Pay for the Annual plan during 2026 and you lock an even lower founding rate, from R169 for one child. Half-yearly and monthly plans arrive in 2027. Prices are final; School Tracker is not VAT-registered.
