One account for the whole family
One parent account covers the whole family - one login, one weekly email, however many children. The full app is free for 30 days, with no card to begin.
One family, up to four children. Pay during 2026 and save 23% on your 2027 rate. Annual plans only - no monthly fees, and it never auto-renews.

Every child deserves someone in their corner
Beyond our free resources, you can help a child who is struggling reach School Tracker: nominate a school to receive a donated plan, or sponsor a full year for a family or school. We also keep subsidised and free access available for orphanages and foster families.
Good to know
Is it really free for 30 days?
Yes - the full app, no payment/card needed to start. After 30 days you can move to a plan to keep your history and features. Join in 2026 and you'll hold a special 2027 price too.
How does the pricing work?
You pay for one parent account, then a little more for each child - up to four. On the founding 2027 rate that's R169 for one child, R209 for two, R239 for three and R269 for four - the account covers the whole family, and each additional child adds only a little. Whatever the number, you get one weekly email for the whole family - not one per child. Add all your children during your 30-day free trial so your first year covers everyone - because they're set up together in one go, the cost per child stays low. Adding a child later is a separate mid-year change handled on its own, so it costs R60 per child (admin costs and payment fees) until your next renewal. Include everyone up front and you'll never pay it. Sign up in 2026 and your 2027 rate is held; new sign-ups from 2027 pay standard pricing (R239–R349), which may rise over time as we add features and grow the free resources.
Can I pay monthly, or for just half a year?
The full-year Tracker is available now and is the best value. From 2027 we'll also offer a single-school-half plan and a Monthly Tracker (from R50 a month for the whole family, Tracker only) for families who'd rather spread the cost. Your 30-day free trial lets you test everything first. See the half-year & monthly plans for those 2027 prices.
Does my child need their own login?
You run the account as the parent. Your child can have their own gentle view to capture their marks and see what's coming up, while you stay in control.
Which grades and subjects are covered?
The Tracker works for every CAPS subject and activity - you choose exactly which apply to your child, across any grade. The Premium revision notes and quizzes (sign-up from 5 October 2026) start with core subjects for Grades 4 to 12, with more added over time.
Is it available in Afrikaans?
Yes. The whole app works in English and Afrikaans, and you can switch anytime.
Who can see our data, and what do you collect?
Your information belongs to you - and only you. About you, we keep just your name and email; no other contact details. About your child, we keep only what you enter: their name or nickname, grade, subjects, activities, and school name and address. The app can't record a child's phone, email or other contact details, so we never collect them. If you have more than one child on your account, each can see only their own information - never a sibling's. Under no circumstances do we give your information to anyone else, and it's never sold - only you can choose to share it, and you can delete any of it yourself at any time. When does my plan end, and does it renew automatically?
Annual plans follow the school year and end at 23:59 on 31 December - they never auto-renew. We'll remind you before year-end so you can choose whether to renew and keep your information. If you don't renew, we keep anything you haven't deleted for up to 30 days after your contract ends - until 30 January for a plan ending 31 December - then delete it all. Because the annual plan is a deeply discounted, fixed-term seasonal plan, cancelling early before 31 December isn't refunded pro-rata.
Can I change my email address or reset my password?
Yes. You can update your email address any time from your account settings, and if you forget your password you can reset it yourself from the login screen.
